Are you going to Scarborough Faire?

So I went to Scarborough Faire last week, and I must say, I had a fabulous time. I went with one of my bestest friends, Poe, and my friend Jon. Have I told you about Jon? Jon is a great guy. He's taking the Costume 1 class right now at school and so therefore has been working a lot in the costume shop. He does really great work, but his emphasis is Make-up. Now I just found out not too long ago, that Jon likes me. fwa fwa! That's totally kewl because well... i like him too. So I invited him to come with Poe and me to Scarborough.

Poe dressed in his black monk costume, I wore my green gypsy/belly dancer ensemble, and Jon wore regular clothes (he left his costume back home in Tyler). Nevertheless, we all had a great time. We did lots of shopping, watched some very hilarious shows such as the Don Juan and Migueal Show, the Knife and.. Show, and The Turtle Races. Jon bought a very cute little green cat creature and a turtle t-shirt. I myself bought a most gorgeous purple faerie mask. The moment I saw it, I had to have it! I also bought two jars of Flavored Jalapeno jelly, Pineapple Kiwi, and Apple Raspberry. We all had Mead, Turkey Legs, and watched some of the Highland Games. It was very cool that day and I'm glad I decided to wear my satin corset and not my beaded bra. Nevertheless, we all had a fabulous time. Yay!
